Tata International’s Distribution team in South Africa wins two awards at NADA Dealer Satisfaction Index

Tata Commercial Vehicles received two prestigious awards – Most Improved, and an overall Bronze Award for continuous improvements to dealer and parts and service networks undertaken to maximise vehicle uptime. The awards were presented at the National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index Awards (DSI), held in Johannesburg, South Africa in August.

The NADA DSI survey is carried out annually to monitor the health of the relationship between dealers and their respective manufacturers. It provides the dealer body with a platform to give manufacturers and importers robust feedback.
