Tata International celebrates Founders Day

The company celebrated Founders Day on 3 March 2023, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the company’s founder Shri Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata. Managing Director Mr Anand Sen shared a special message on volunteering with all employees.
Mr Sen said, “The invaluable impact made by our Founder, Shri Jamsetji Tata is a rich part of our deep-rooted Tata heritage and pride. His birth anniversary serves as a reminder for us to honour and be flag bearers of his pioneering vision. Our strong value system and vision, the precious gifts of his legacy, continue to be the bedrock of our Tata culture.”
Mr Sen went on to remind colleagues of how Shri Jamsetji Tata laid down the tenets of giving back to society and community long before these concepts became mainstream, and urged all to take inspiration from his beliefs and make volunteering a way of life at Tata International. This was followed by MD and Mr Lalit Kasliwal, Chief Financial Officer, garlanding the statue of Shri Jamsetji Tata.
An award ceremony was also held on the same day to distribute Long Service Award for the year 2023 and other appreciation awards to deserving employees.
