Tata International participates in 17th CII-EXIM Bank Conclave on India-Africa Growth Partnership

Tata International participated in the 17th edition of the CII- EXIM Bank Conclave on India-Africa Growth Partnership that took place at Taj Palace, New Delhi, India.
Nishit Bansal, Head HR – Distribution, Tata International addressed the session on Skilling and Development at the event. He drew focus on workforce development in Africa to be globally competent, how the need for skills is changing from STEM to SMAC, how Tata International developed its own technical framework for certifying technicians and giving them career path and the significance of hiring local employees among other topics.
Over the last sixteen editions, the Conclave has played a pivotal role in encouraging Indian companies to establish and grow their footprint in Africa. Tata International showcased its businesses and products at the event and highlighted its enduring Africa focus.
