Tata International Corporate Office colleagues volunteer for session with children on healthy living

Volunteers from the Corporate Office of Tata International in Mumbai participated in a session on Guide to Healthy Living. The session aimed to transform the lives of the beneficiaries for ConnectFor’s partner NGO – Angel Xpress Foundation.
During the session tips on healthy eating and lifestyle choices were shared with the children in attendance. These concepts were explained and executed with the help of creative activities and direct interactions with the children.
Activities like ‘Finding a Match’ and Zumba were conducted to help them understand these concepts and a short quiz in the form of a Reflections Sheet was also conducted to gauge the learnings of each child.
Speaking about the event, Ms Nirmala from Angel Xpress Foundation, said, “The children learned a lot from the session. We appreciate this initiative taken by Tata International and the volunteers.”
