Tata International celebrates Diamond Jubilee

December 01, 2022

The year 2022 marks a milestone in the journey of Tata International, as the company completes 60 years since inception on 30th November. It has been a rich and varied journey from pioneering efforts of taking Indian exports to the world, to rising above near crippling economic challenges to being well set on the path to become significant in each of chosen businesses.

Managing Director, Mr Anand Sen, led the festivities. “The Tata group has always been at the forefront of nation building, a call from the government in the early days of independence of India to set up a business that would earn foreign exchange for the country was the inspiration behind the creative thinking process of pioneering India’s export growth story. To say that the company contributed significantly to building the export trading sector of the country is no exaggeration. Today Tata International is stronger than ever thanks to the strategic revamp at the organisational level,” shared Mr Sen with justifiable pride.

Building up to the big day

The festivities began in mid-October with employees across the globe participating in various online activities. A special logo was designed for the occasion, and with quizzes and contests being rolled out. Employees from all locations participated in all celebratory activities with enthusiasm.
