POSH training held for Internal Committee members

A training session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment was conducted for Internal Committee members in India on October 26, 2021.
The session was conducted by Ms Sonal Mattoo, an independent ombudsman, an eminent lawyer and POSH expert.
The topics covered included understanding what amounts to sexual harassment, how to conduct an investigation, the dos and don’ts of preparing a report, amongst other things.
