POSH session organised for India teams

A session on the Awareness of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 was conducted on April 14, 2021. The session was facilitated by Ms Anupama Easwaran, an ICF and Erickson International-certified Executive Coach specialising in diversity and inclusion. During the session, some key definitions as specified in the Act were explained:
- Understanding what “consent” means
- Learning the difference between Intended and Unintended behaviors
- Understand gender related appropriate and inappropriate behaviors at the workplace
- Awareness of the POSH policy of the company
- POSH prevention in a virtual work environment
Over 100 participants from Mumbai, Dewas, Chennai, Walajapet, Ranipet Ludhiana, Kolkata and Delhi attended.
