In two years, the learners have gone through 29 workshops (of four-hour sessions) which consist of self-awareness, career development, and communication and leadership skills. The workshops are designed to prepare students for the demands of tertiary education and the world of work.

The students were from Namedi Secondary School in QwaQwa and Mookodi Secondary School in Soweto. TAHL is a silver sponsor of the Bridging for Life programme and has been since 2014.

From 2018-19, the company will have to choose two schools to benefit from the Bridging for Life programme.
