Steel trading team organises supplier visit for key Myanmar customer

Tata International’s Steel Trading team (ISC) facilitated a meeting for one of its key customers from Myanmar with a supplier in Andhra Pradesh. The meeting was attended by the customer accompanied by Mr Ramesh Mani, Mr Dilip S Kumar and Mr Diwaker Kureel from Tata International, and the management team of the supplier. The meeting was followed by a visit to the plant in Visakhapatnam.
During the visit, the customer’s material was rolled out, including weighment and bundling, and they were delighted to see the whole process.
The ISC team has steady sales of rebars to the customer and the visit was to explore future business cooperation and a possible long-term commitment.
