MD addresses International Trade e-Conclave 2022

The virtual International Trade e-Conclave on Indian trade industry growth was held on January 21, 2022.
Mr Anand Sen, Managing Director, Tata International addressed the conclave as one of its esteemed speakers. The programme was attended by eminent speakers who gave deep insights on the challenges and opportunities of the industry and recommended ways of making exports easier.
The conference with the theme ‘Indian Trade Industry Growth: Decoding $400 billion target’ was organised and facilitated by the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The conclave brought out that India is on target to achieve an export goal of $400 billion.
The conference touched upon the fact that India is all set to achieve its targets, the importance to discussing the growth of Indian trade and its preparedness for following its dreams further, amidst challenges like low credit access, inadequate infrastructure, document-heavy process, trade barriers and also the implication of India’s pledge towards Net Zero by 2070 on Indian exporters.
