Ghana team launches empowerment initiatives

The John Deere aftersales team organised a National Health Insurance Card for the underprivileged children of St Lawson Memorial School, Tema.
The Decentralised Mechanisation Centre Initiative was launched by the team. The aim is to empower women farmers in agriculture, and equip them with entrepreneurial, and business and technical skills to make them more independent and capable in the agricultural sector. The initiative will also help them scale agriculture projects into commercially viable enterprises.
