Footwear team inaugurates education programme

The Footwear team, in association with Tata Steel Foundation, inaugurated the Smart Way Education Programme in seven villages of Ranipet district. The programme aims to improve digital learning / practicing of students of government schools in the region.
Block Education officer Mr Jayaraj and village presidents, government school headmasters, parents and students attended the function. Operations Head Mr Balahari V and Ms Smita from Tata Steel Foundation addressed the audience. They spoke on the commitment of the Tata group to Corporate Social Responsibility and explained the adaptation of new technology in the Smart Way Education learning.
