Dewas team marks India’s Republic Day with clean-up drive

On India’s 69th Republic Day (January 26), the Finished Leather Business (FLB) unit in Dewas celebrated the occasion with a parade and river clean-up drive.
The unit’s most senior employee and chief guest of the programme Mr PG Goswami hoisted the flag and inspected the march past and parade. Mr Goswami then addressed the gathering of employees and their families. Office bearers of both unions then shared a vote of thanks.
FLB Operations Head and Factory Manager, Mr Ashish Jha, welcomed all the employees and urged them to focus on quality. The function ended with Head Finance and Accounts, Mr RK Mittal, expressing his thanks to all TIL members and saluting our soldiers for their undoubted and continuous sacrifice to serve the nation.
After the ceremony, volunteers travelled by bus to the banks of the nearby Kshipra River to participate in a clean-up drive.
