It has been observed that recruitment-related fraudulent activities have been on the rise in the recent past. Certain fraudsters are always on the look-out for innocent job-seekers and in the name of promising them lucrative job offers / interview opportunities, they ask for hefty money deposits.
Through this notification, we wish to caution all our potential job seekers – please be aware that we at TIL, do not ask any job applicant to deposit any amount of money under any circumstances. Please be advised that you must not respond / engage with such individuals and agencies in any manner whether through e-mails or calls, otherwise the prospective candidates will be doing so at their own risk. You are requested to take due care to validate the authenticity of the source of any email received in the name of TIL.
Please note that any offers / benefits / content / instructions presented through such misleading communication impersonating TIL, do not represent those of the company and are contrary to the company policy. If any such entity fraudulently representing TIL approaches you, please refrain from responding to them. TIL will not accept any liability for the aforesaid actions of its prospective candidates on such fraudulent mails / communication.
We strongly recommend that potential job-seekers should not respond to such solicitations.
