Zambia team organises customer meet

Tata Zambia, a Tata International subsidiary, held a meet on October 13, 2017 for about 150 of its customers at the Taj Pamodzi Hotel, in Lusaka. The significance of the customer meet was to highlight the company’s presence in the country over the past 40 years and share insights about its growth over the years to attain market leadership position in commercial vehicles.

Customer meets are held every quarter. The overall objectives are to re-engage with customers on the company’s services and products, market new products and anything other Tata Motors initiatives. In this regard, feedback from customers on Tata products and services is important. The meet was held as part of the company’s 40th anniversary celebrations.
