TIL participates in India Show Nigeria

Tata International participated in the three-day India Day exhibition that was held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos during 25 – 27 August, 2015. The trade exhibition was organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in association with the High Commission of India and Industry, Department of Commerce, and Government of India. The initiative of the Government of India to promote ‘Brand India’ and Indian industry overseas was themed ‘Enhancing Trade and Investment between India and Nigeria’.

In attendance were Mr Ghanashyam AR, India High Commission to Nigeria, Mr Idiat Oluranti Adebule, Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Mr Benson Abounu, Deputy Governor of Benue State, and business leaders from within and outside Nigeria. Mr Naresh Leekha, Regional Head of TIL and Leader of CII Business Delegation, addressed the opening session along with Mr Remi Ogunmefun, Director General, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN).

Sales representatives and managers attended to visitors at the Tata Africa Holdings Nigeria booth. A number of Tata Motors vehicle models were showcased at the event and resulted in the generation of a large number of inquiries.
