Tata International’s Dewas leather team conducts customer review for German clients

A customer review was conducted by Tata International’s Leather team in Dewas (Madhya Pradesh, India) on March 31, 2020. The purpose of the review was to learn about the clients’ safety processes and also cascade the Annual Business Excellence Plan (ABEP) targets. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, virtual meetings have become the essence of the team’s and the company’s business environment – the only way to be in touch with customers.
