Tata International participates in Tata Network Forum 2018

Tata Network Forum – West Forum conducted an address on ‘Building a Customer Centric Organization’ by Mr Harish Bhat, Brand Custodian, Tata Sons, followed by a session on ‘Emerging Customer Trends’ by Mr Adrian Terron, Head – Customer Centricity, Tata Sons, in the presence of Mr R Mukundan, Chairman – TNF West, MD – Tata Chemicals, and Mr Shreyas Desai, TNF West Coordinator.
The session was attended by Mr Abhinav Maharaju, Head Business Development (MMSS), and Mr Sanjay Razdan, Head Operations (MMSS), from the Solar business of Tata International.
The talk was extremely interesting, insightful and interactive for the participants. It will definitely help the team in building their outlook to be more customer-centric.
