Tata International Metallics & Rolls team completes first basic pig iron shipment to Japan

Mr Tushar Ghosh, Manager, Supply Chain – M&R, paid a visit to Tata International customer, a Japanese trading company, in April 2019.
The purpose of the visit was to oversee the cargo unloading process at Sendai port and the company works for the business’s first containerised basic pig iron (BPI) deal in Japan.
Mr Ghosh also visited the customer’s office in Tokyo.
