Tata Africa Holdings (Ghana) receives Mr N N Tata

Tata International Managing Director Mr NN Tata visited the Tata Africa Holdings (Ghana) (TAHGL) offices on October 13-14, 2013. The visit commenced at the company’s Sales, Service and Spare parts (3S) facility in the port city Tema. Mr Tata was accompanied by Mr Xavier Gobille, Executive Director of Tata Africa Holdings (South Africa), and TAHGL team members – Mr Sudeep Ray, Regional Director, Mr Vivek Saraswat, Ms Regina Glover, and Mr Ashish Navaney.
A customer meet, organized on October 13 at the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel, was attended by about 40 guests who got an opportunity to interact with Mr Tata. Team members from TAHGL and Alliance Motors Ghana were also present. The Tata brand is perceived very positively in Ghana and the guests were very happy to interact with the MD.
Mr Tata also visited the facilities of PHC Motors from where Alliance Motors operates. Thereafter, the team visited the biggest customer of TAHGL, Metro Mass Transit, the public transportation company that operates 140 Tata buses in its fleet of 800 buses. Mr Tata’s meeting with the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of Metro Mass Transit was very cordial and concluded with an affirmation of more business together.
