MD at the inauguration of new Dubai office

Mr NN Tata, MD, Tata International, attended the inauguration of the new office of Tata International West Asia in Dubai on January 24, 2016. The Ambassador of India to the UAE, Mr TP Seetharam, inaugurated the premises which are located at the DMCC free zone.

Among those present were, Ms Neeta Bhushan, Deputy Chief of Mission of Indian Embassy in UAE; Mr Anurag Bhushan, Consul General of India, Dubai; Mr Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman, DMCC; Mr Gautam Shashittal, Chief Executive Officer, DMCC; and Mr Sunil Sinha, Resident Director, Tata Sons (MENA).

The company’s businesses in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region comprise steel, aluminium industry based products, and infrastructure and construction equipment.

The Dubai office premises will serve as a hub in the MENA region and will be shared by a number of Tata companies. It will further strengthen Tata group’s engagement with all stakeholders, facilitating business growth for the companies while focusing on the sectors that are key to the development of the region.
