Janaki Chaudhry, Head Strategy and Business Development, at CII global trade event

Ms Janaki Chaudhry, Head Strategy and Business Development, represented Tata International at the CII Conference on Global Trade Scenario. The event took place on on October 10, 2017 at the The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, India. The event focusses on the fast-changing dynamics of the global market and showcases addressing opportunities and overcoming difficulties poised in global trade through facilitation and reforms etc.
Ms Chaudhry moderated two special sessions. The first session was on ‘Accessing financial support to drive exports’. It focused on various forms of financial assistance provided by ECGC, and how these institutions have been playing a proactive role from financing, facilitation and promotion of India’s foreign trade, to creating export capability. In the second session, the participants discussed the evolution of international arbitration in India.
