Dewas team is runner up in CII Kaizen competition

‘Lifeline’, the Kaizen team from the Ladies Footwear plant of TIL Dewas, bagged the first runners-up trophy at the fourth edition of Madhya Pradesh state-level Kaizen competition. The event was organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on December 10, 2015. The team presented their project to ‘Reduce leather consumption through process optimisation’, which resulted in leather norms reduction by 0.30 sq.ft./pair. The team constituted Vikas Choudhary, Manohar Roy, Pinki Parmar, Arti Erwal, Anjali Choudhary and Sandeep Solanki.
A total of 22 teams from various organisations participated at the event held at the Brilliant Convention Centre in Indore. The teams presented innovative initiatives undertaken by them to enhance quality, productivity and cost reductions while handling their projects at their respective workplaces.
