Brazil Country Head invited to interaction with Indian PM

The Indian Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi was in Brazil for the BRICS Summit on July 15-16, 2014. Mr Modi then proceeded to the Brazilian capital Brasilia for bilateral meetings with the Brazilian President and other Latin American Heads of State.

Prime Minister Modi had expressed a desire to meet representatives of Indian companies operating in Brazil and prominent Indians who have made Brazil their home. In deference of this, the Indian Ambassador to Brazil invited a few select guests including Mr Vivek Tamhane, Country Head, Tata International Trading Brasil, and his wife. The invitees had very positive interactions with Mr Modi.
