Tata International inaugurates Yangon office, Myanmar

Tata International has established a new office in Yangon, which will serve as a central hub for Tata companies in the region. Inaugurated on September 22, 2016, the office will further enhance and strengthen the Tata group’s engagement with stakeholders in Myanmar.
“Myanmar plays a significant role in a number of our group companies’ international portfolio, and we hope to be able to further capitalise on the potential opportunities present in the region,” Group Executive Council Member and Group Head for Business Development and Public Affairs, Tata Sons, Mr Madhu Kannan said.
The office will help explore new opportunities across sectors like agro, power, infrastructure, renewable energy, hospitality, tourism and consumer products.
