POSH Awareness session conducted in Mumbai

An interactive session on POSH awareness was conducted by Prof Nasreen Rustomfram from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), who is also an external expert on the Tata International POSH (Internal Complaints) Committee at Mumbai.
The sessions sought to enlighten the attendees on handling gender diversity and recognising various nuances of individual behavioural aspects to enable a respectful workplace. The Sexual Harassment Act 2013 (for India) was also demystified so that the participants could in turn ensure that these tenets are adhered to irrespective of their dealings with managers, employees/colleagues, vendors, construction site workers or customers.
