TIL organises special health initiative for visually impaired girl students

Tata International’s CSR committee in Dewas conducted a special health camp for visually impaired girl students on December 11, 2015. The camp was held under the MP Drishtiheen Kalyan Sangh mission and took place at Drishtiheen Kalyan Kendra in Dewas village (Madhya Pradesh, India). The chief patron of such schools is Collector and District Magistrate of Dewas.

The students were vaccinated for rubella, underwent a primary dental check-up and a health check-up. Medicines were also distributed.

A few of the dignitaries to participate in this camp were Factory Manager (Dewas) Dr CS Katju; HR Head Mr Aslam Ansari, CSR Committee members, volunteers, union leaders, HODs and senior managers.

The camp was supported by ESI Health Services for the Indore region.
