TIL celebrates Ethics Week

Tata International (TIL) celebrated Ethics Week and organised activities to create awareness on the importance of ethics in the Tata culture and values. Indoor games such as table tennis, carrom and chess; sports activities such as cricket and athletic activities such as a short run and cycling were organised.

Mr Ajay Ponshke, Chief Ethics Counsellor, led a 3.5km run around the corporate office in Mumbai on November 24, 2015. Monikered ‘I-Run for Ethics’, the run saw the participation of almost 75 teams members.

Similarly, the Dewas team also conducted a ‘Run for Unity and Ethics’ event on December 4, 2015. Flagged off by Mr Rakesh Agrawal, Business Head, Fashion Leather, and Dr CS Katju, the marathon that started from Sayaji Dwar and ended at the District Collector’s residence. Over 100 team members participated.

Considering the importance of a healthy style, the Johannesburg team also participated in this initiative and held a walk in commemoration of Ethics Week 2015. The event was followed by a barbeque and year-end team interaction.

The Ethics Week Quiz 2015 was also launched and TIL global teams have been invited to participate.
