Second edition of ‘Know Your Farmtrac’ launched

After a successful ‘Know Your Farmtrac’ (KYF) service campaign across Cambodia in 2014, the Cambodia team launched the second edition of KYF in August 2015. With a larger landscape to cover in the current year, the team tweaked the format to ensure maximum coverage and visibility. In districts where Farmtrac’s park size is greater than 10 units, the campaign will be conducted at a common location accessible to customers residing in that district, while in the remaining districts the earlier format of traveling to customers’ locations shall be rolled out.
In the first part of KYF 2015, the team shortlisted a location at Anlongveng district of Oddor Meanchey province to interact with and serve the needs of 14 Farmtrac customers. The event was held over August 4-5, where operators and customers were re-trained on maintaining their tractors and implements, followed by a Walk-around Tractor (WAT) activity by the service team.
The event also marked the formal launch of the ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey 2015’, results of which will be available at the end of the campaign. Each customer received goodie bags containing TIL and Farmtrac branded t-shirts, caps, calendar clocks, membership cards, scarves and key chains. While the service team attended to current customers’ requirements, the sales and marketing team engaged with prospective customers who visited the activity area. The event concluded with a dinner for customers and their families.
KYF teams will continue to travel across the country targeting 100-per cent customer reach by September 30, 2015.
