Healthcare division brands grow sales

Tata International’s Healthcare Division (HCD) introduced its Pro-Surj range of surgical products in October 2016. Launched in Kenya, Uganda and Zambia, the brand has grown significantly since its launch. The range is under registration in Nigeria, Tanzania and Mozambique and launch in these countries is expected from September 2017 onwards. The range of surgicals includes surgical gloves, examination gloves, IV cannulas, syringes, needles, crepe bandages, plaster of Paris rolls, gauze, etc.
The division will also launch a wide range of OTC products under the trademark of Pro-Life. The range of OTC products includes nutraceuticals, skin care, pain, cough and cold and gastro care. Currently, these products are under registration across Africa. The team is geared up for launch in Kenya in September 2017.
