Tata International accorded two awards at the India International Leather Fair 2014

Tata International [TIL], the global trading arm of the Tata group and India’s leading manufacturer and exporter of leather and leather-products won two awards at the 29th India International Leather Fair (IILF) 2014 held in Chennai. The (CLE) declared Tata International Limited first place winners both the Finished Leatherand Overall Exports category.

The 29th IILF was organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation(ITPO) and displayed the entire range of products relating to leather industry from raw material to finished products and auxiliary products such as finished leather; shoes; shoe components – uppers, soles, heels, counters, lasts; leather garments, fashion accessories, leather goods – wallets, belts, gloves, portfolios, hand bags; saddlery and harness; machinery and equipment and chemicals. IILF has all along been a vivid presentation of the leather industry. Latest expressions of the trends, styles, designs and colours in world of fashion were showcased. The one stop shop for business visitors were attracted by exhibits displayed by more than 400 companies, including over 100 from more than 20 foreign countries.
