Eco-friendly Leather
We have developed and implemented a chrome-free, eco-friendly leather manufacturing process.

Bio-methanation Plant
We have developed and patented technology that allows us to process tannery waste for re-use and recycling back in the leather production process.

Effluent Treatment Plant
Continuous R&D projects look at processes to reduce sludge production, chemical, manpower and energy usage during the treatment of our wastewater. Our reverse osmosis plant ensures that all recovered water is fully recycled and utilised within our facility, resulting in zero liquid effluent discharge from our facility.

Chemical Substitution
Our R&D department has an extensive chemical and process testing programme to identify and commercialise innovative solutions that will increase the use of environment-friendly chemicals, save energy and reduce water consumption.

The factory boasts of one of the largest solar thermal water heating systems in India.

We have incorporated environmentally friendly practices for ground and roof water harvesting, thereby limiting the consumption of water.

Eco-labelling of Finished Leather
Our finished leather has been awarded the eco-label ‘Ecomark’ by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
