Ghana team holds ‘Friday with Tata’ event

The Auto and Allied business of Tata Africa Holdings (Ghana) organised another edition of ‘Friday with Tata’ in September 2015. The programme is organised every quarter by the Tata International subsidiary to meet customers, socialise and gain feedback.
Having moved to the new offices in Accra, the management decided to hold a special edition of the programme with the aim of redirecting customers to the new facility and also rebuild their confidence after the floods in June this year.
Mr Vivek Saraswat, General Manger, Tata Africa Holdings (Ghana), appreciated customers’ dedication to the Tata brand and in turn promised dedication in terms of quality products and services. There was also an interactive session where customers posed questions to the team.
The company intends to expand its network across the country and improve availability of spare parts.
